A Sweet Birthday Card

I am getting together with the girls for a friend's birthday on Thursday, so I made a card to go with her gift. I had the colors picked out, but had to play around with my CB and punches to figure out what I wanted and where. After I embossed the cupcake itself, I thought it was still missing 'something', so I used stickels to make it a bit more cheery!

Father's Day Card

I finally got around to finishing my honey's Father's Day card, and I like the way it turned out! I started with a design in mind, and actually stuck with it (minus the patterned paper); but I have to say I can't live without my Gypsy (I heart my G!!). I designed the whole thing at different times of the day when my baby boy was sleeping, then plugged it in, cut and assembled it. I was so excited I was almost done, that I forgot to run the golf ball through my cuttlebug, but oh well! I hope daddy likes his card!

A Flowery "Pick-Me-Up"

A good friend of mine is resting in bed after having surgery, and I thought a simple 'get well' card wasn't enough. So, I decided to make her something happier - something that just screamed summer - since we both have a wonderful, and well deserved summer vacation ahead of us!

If you can't read it, because my picture-taking abilities aren't quite what they could be, it says "If friends were flowers, I'd pick you."

A Unique Thank You Card

A friend I work with is helping me with last minute things as I get ready to move to the new Early Learning Center in our district. I wanted to say thank you, but with something that just screamed "her". I absolutely loved this background cut on the Wild Card cart and couldn't figure out exactly what to add to it, but I knew I wanted to use a skull somewhere in the design (which she loves). I wound up finding the same design I had in mind on the cricutcritters blog. I went ahead and added the bow Tammy had used, because it added a girly touch. My friend will love it!
