Welcome to the March Pinkalicious Blog Hop! If you hopped over from Cricut Cuteness, you're in the right place! If you're just stopping by for a visit, and would like to hop along, go to My Pink Stamper to start at the beginning.
Today's challenge was to create anything for St. Patrick's Day, and I knew just the thing!! Last summer, I saw the cuttest Independence Day hat on the Martha Stewart website and have been dying to give it a go. I dug in my pantry, got out a small can of tomato sauce (I'm usually cooking for one and a half - my wonderful two year old - so I have small everything in my pantry). I made it into a Leprechaun hat, and filled it with gold chocolate coins - what's more fitting?! It's a simple project that makes an adorable little gift for St. Patty's Day!!!
The sentiments from My Pink Stamper's Yummy-licious go with just about any occassion, and was the perfect one for this project!

ReplyDeleteOh so cute. At first I was thinking this was big, like you used a coffee can. A tomato can is a much better size. Great idea.
ReplyDeleteYou just gave me the coolest idea!! I will now be saving my cans for treat projects, what a GREAT idea!
ReplyDeleteThat was a great idea for a treat holder. Another good reason to have a recycle bin that you can pull things back out of to use for a project.
