Spring is in the Air

Today is Design Team day at My Pink Stamper, and I'm so excited to finally be getting back in the "groove" with my crafting - I even cleaned my craft room this weekend. I have soooo many ideas I want to make come to life in the next few weeks, and I can't wait to share it with all of you!!

"Spring is in the air" is the theme for today's challenge, which required us to use the colors green, blue and yellow, and a butterfly somewhere in our projects. I made a 4x4 card (with my Gypsy that just arrived, YAY!!!) using sentiments from My Pink Stamper Biggie Punnies, and my Crate a Critter cartridge.....

Thanks for stopping by!
Be sure to check back over the next few weeks for new projects to come...

Hooooray!!!!

Why am I sooo happy?! Well, my gypsy is on it's way back to me!! Woohooo!! Not looking forward to re-downloading all 200+ cartridges, but I can't seem to function without it! :)

So, how have I spent my Spring Break? Baking!! I love making cakes, cupcakes and cookies, but my newest addiction are chocolate-covered oreos. Here are a few I've made over the week. If you'd like to follow my baking, you can "Like" me on facebook at www.facebook.com/CupcakesNSuch :)

The stamps I used for the tags are all from My Pink Stamper collection.
Go check them out!

Bridal Shower Treats

So, while I wait for my new gypsy to come - ohhh the thought of re-downloading 200+ cartridge - I've been doing what I do best (next to crafting, of course): bake! I made these cookie favors and cupcakes for a Bridal Shower. Enjoy!

Welcome to the March Pinkalicious Blog Hop! If you hopped over from Cricut Cuteness, you're in the right place! If you're just stopping by for a visit, and would like to hop along, go to My Pink Stamper to start at the beginning.

Today's challenge was to create anything for St. Patrick's Day, and I knew just the thing!! Last summer, I saw the cuttest Independence Day hat on the Martha Stewart website and have been dying to give it a go. I dug in my pantry, got out a small can of tomato sauce (I'm usually cooking for one and a half - my wonderful two year old - so I have small everything in my pantry). I made it into a Leprechaun hat, and filled it with gold chocolate coins - what's more fitting?! It's a simple project that makes an adorable little gift for St. Patty's Day!!!

The sentiments from My Pink Stamper's Yummy-licious go with just about any occassion, and was the perfect one for this project!

Thanks for stopping by and checking out my project!
