Our theme today was Fresh New Beginning to the New Year! I focused more on the "new year" aspect of our theme, as we will be having a Chinese New Year celebration coming up at work. I wanted to make something quick and easy, since I need to make so many of them, but also make it fitting to the celebration. I decided to make fortune cookies to wish everyone luck in the year to come. Here's how the first "batch" turned out....
